We can provide the following to each room on request, at an additional cost. (All equipment upgraded in 2019)

- Tempest Anderson - Laptop, Wall Monitor, Clickshare £40
- Flipchart/Whiteboard: £5
- Clients are free to use their own AV equipment.
Hours of hire:
Half Day: 09:00-12:30 or 13:00 - 17:30
Full Day: 09:00-17:30
Evening: 18:00~22.30
Weekend rates are per day and include the evening
Catering
Whilst our preferred in house caterer is Food Angels, hire groups are welcome to use any caterer they wish and even cater themselves.
Food Angels are able to cater for small groups or larger gatherings offering various finger or cold fork buffet options. Afternoon teas are also available.
Special menus prices are available for hire groups and can be provided by York Medical Society when making a room hire booking.
