The Orator is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Imperial College’s St Mary’s Hospital Campus, and Honorary Consultant in Gynaecology at the Imperial College NHS Trust. She is also PI of the Recurrent Miscarriage Tissue Bank, co-director of the UK Pregnancy Baby Bio Bank and she chairs the Department of Metabolism, Digestion & Reproduction People and Culture Committee (Athena SWAN).

As Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Imperial College London St Mary’s Hospital Campus, she has a particular interest in miscarriage, period problems, gynaecological surgery and menopause.

Dame Professor Lesley Regan was appointed Women’s Health Ambassador in June 2022.

Through her role as Women’s Health Ambassador, she will help to drive forward the system-level changes needed to close the gender health gap and eradicate the biases that are holding women back in careers and life.

The meeting will conclude at approximately 3.15pm, when tea and cakes will be served
